Account Deletion & Privacy Choices
This page explains how Speaklyo users can request deletion of their account and account-related data, including when they no longer have access to the app.
Data covered by deletion
- Speaklyo user account and profile information
- Sessions and authentication tokens
- Course, lesson and learning progress records
- Quiz, exam, game, XP and progress records
- App access rights and account-related user associations
Limited records that may be retained
Limited records that must be kept for financial, tax, security, fraud-prevention or legal obligations may be retained only for the required purpose and period. These records are not used as an active user account.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Speaklyo account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. To stop future renewals, cancel the subscription separately through the store where you purchased it.
Submit an account deletion request
Use the Speaklyo account deletion form and enter the email address associated with your account. For security, we may need to verify that the account belongs to you before completing the request.
