C1 düzeyinde hedef yalnızca doğru biçim üretmek değildir. Anlam derecesi, bağlam, dinleyici, register, kanıt ve olası yanlış anlaşılmalar birlikte yönetilir.

Okuma ve örtük anlam
Yoğun okuma: How Language Changes the Force of an Opinion
How Language Changes the Force of an Opinion is often presented as a straightforward issue, yet the language used to discuss it reveals several layers of meaning. Aynı görüş kişisel, analitik, kişisiz veya kanıta dayalı biçimde sunulabilir. A careful reader therefore needs to identify the central claim, the assumptions supporting it and the parts of the argument that are left implicit.
One common position is illustrated by the sentence: I would argue that access is more urgent than cost. This statement may be persuasive, but its strength depends on context, evidence and the speaker’s degree of certainty. At C1 level, readers distinguish a factual observation from an interpretation and a recommendation.
A second perspective can be expressed as follows: It could be argued that the reform benefits larger organisations. Rather than treating the two positions as mutually exclusive, an advanced response examines the conditions under which each might be reasonable.
The organisation of the text is equally important. Concession, contrast, exemplification and qualification guide the reader through complex ideas. When these signals are weak, a grammatically accurate paragraph may still be difficult to follow.
The most balanced conclusion is close to this idea: A strong case can be made for greater transparency. It remains clear enough to support action while acknowledging limitations and unresolved questions.
The learning value of this type of text lies in the combination of comprehension and production. Learners analyse how meaning is built, then reuse the same patterns in speaking and writing without copying the wording mechanically.

- Which assumption is treated as important?
- How does the second perspective limit the first?
